Connie & Carla

Connie and Carla is about a mob mix-up in Chicago sends two chanteuses screaming for L.A., where they score a perfect gig: posing as drag queens on the dinner theater/cabaret circuit. Things get extra-weird when a guy falls for one of the girls.
* As defined by IMDb*

My review:
Connie and Carla, who have been best friends for years share one big dream: to make it to Broadway. Now facing middle age, they are singing at an airport. When they see their drug-pushing boos get killed by the mafia, they have to hit the road! They end up posing as drag queens, and balancing a double life of love, lies, and lots of make-up.

What I think:
I love this movie! It's a bit of a chick flick, but you should get it or rent it :)

A 2-year-old toddler from the city of Tianjin in China is believed to be the world’s youngest smoker. Believe it or not, Tong Liangliang, started smoking when he was only 18 months old. Today, he is almost three years old and smokes at least a pack a day!According to China Radio International reports on June 23, Liangliang was born with a hernia, an organ squeezed through a hole or a weak spot in a surrounding muscle that can cause excruciating pain. Treatment for hernia is available; unfortunately, Liangliang was too young to undergo surgery at the time. Unable to withstand seeing his son suffer, the caring father came up with a brilliant idea to help him cope with the pain–teach him how to smoke cigarettes even though he was only 18 months old. “The father wasn’t aware how serious the toddler’s habit had become until the child began to increase the number of cigarettes he smoked per day,” said CRI news agency. Since then the young boy has been addicted and refuses to quit. If he sees someone smoking, he will asks for a cigarette. And if refused, he throws himself onto the floor and cries.
